Less than 24 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. ⏰ Late Policy ：Grace period varies from services Late arrivals may be canceled. • Lashes 10 min • Nails 15 min • Pedicure 5 min 🕒 Regular Hours：Tue–Sat: 10 AM – 5 PM Promo, discount, or prepaid services are not accepted on Mondays & Sundays. 💰 Promo/Prepaid Service Accommodations Fee For any customers that listed upfront : •appointments scheduled outside regular hours incur $20 additional fee •Service accommodation fee as: Refill replacement : minimum $20 add-on(Hikari Studio will NEVER offer any promo for refill service & general not offering filling services from others. Highly recommended Reconsider Your booking /purchased) Priority Client Hours(For returning clients) Mon–Sat: 9 AM – 7 PM Appointments must begin before 6 PM. Sunday appointments require approval before booking. Additional Fees After-hours / peak time appointments: $20 additional (transportation & extended availability) Extended service time/request: minimum $20 starts Holiday & Promo Booking Policy Promo or prepaid service bookings are not available within 3 days of major holidays.
